Burmite Honey

The perfume centres around Burmite, a prehistoric rare type of amber found in Northern Myanmar. With an exquisite blend of smoke, beeswax and honey serves to capture an entombed bee fossilised in amber; the effect is sumptuous ancient opulence. The formula contains the resinous amber which is married with the richness of beeswax absolute. Champaca adds sweetness and complexity while delicate florals, from orange flowers to jasmine absolute, bring softness. These are balanced with tangerine and a hint of incense and thai oud which give an overall romantic warmth. The spicy notes of black pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg are layered with coriander and myrrh, while the base of tonka bean and amyris provide a creamy and sensual finish.
