Musamam
Lattafa Musamam makes a bold entrance and doesn’t bother asking permission. It opens with a sharp burst of mandarin and lavender, pierced by a saffron sting that feels intense and confrontational at first. As it settles, the aggression softens and reveals a smoky core of amberwoods, incense, and labdanum, sometimes leaning leathery, sometimes veering into an almost “chemical” edge. This is not a soft or polite fragrance, and it won’t be for everyone—but that’s the point. The spice-floral-citrus clash calms after a few minutes, leaving the leather and woods more in the background while the smoky amber glow takes center stage. Fragrance Notes: Top notes are Saffron, Italian Mandarin and Lavender; middle notes are Amberwood, Virginia Cedar and Geranium; base notes are Akigalawood, Incense and Labdanum.
