Floral Romantique Perfume Notes The woody - flowery composition of Floral Romantique, which was created by Thierry Wasser, completely justifies the name it carries. Fresh top notes of mandarin and orange lead to the core of jasmine, ylang-ylang and tiare, with additional accords of lily and carnation.
