This perfume is part of Floris "Journals" series dedicated to parts of London and particular eras when these locations were making culture and fashion news.This formula is a romantic take on the 1970s and the area of London which was buzzing with fashion ideas. It was the time and place when and where Mary Quant invented the mini skirt, when and where Viviene Westwood started and so much more was happening at the time. 1976 is elegantly sartorial, woods carefully tailored into a smart arrangement and decorated with bergamot and aromatic herbs. Connoisseurs might recognise a fougere idea but executed in a '70s fashion (as this recipe gets reinvented every 10 years or so since the 19th century).
