Loverdose

Diesel's edgy fragrance launched in 2011, Loverdose is named after a word game that can mean either "Lover Dose" or "Love Overdose." A "beautiful but deadly weapon of seduction," the fragrance is said to "ignite passions like never before." The composition itself opens with mandarin and star anise and is floral and spicy. The composition's central elements are gardenia petals, licorice, and sambac jasmine, set atop an oriental foundation of woody, vanilla, and amber undertones. Fragrance Notes: Top notes are Star Anise and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Licorice, Jasmine and Gardenia; base notes are Vanille, Amber and Woodsy Notes.
